A Personal Teaching Approach
Our team of tutors lead by Dr Khan-Osborne create a professional but personal environment in which to learn. The small teaching groups allows for a lot of time given to each student and greater access to all team members.
Dr. Alex Payne
Alex is passionate about dental implants, and he is always enhancing his knowledge with courses and conferences. He is currently studying towards his Diploma with the Royal College of Surgeons. He is an active member of the Association of Dental Implantology and works closely with experts in the field, at Rose Lane Dental (Liverpool) and One to One Dental Clinic (Harley Street).
Dr. Roshwin Pereira Carvalho
Dr Carvalho feels privileged to be able to bring a positive change to people’s smiles. His aim is to do this to a high standard while making sure his patients have a pleasant experience. He is continuously working to advance his skills and services.
He is passionate about Dental Implantology since it gives him the ability to restore what is lost and is presently preparing to sit the Diploma in Implantology exams.
He also enjoys undertaking orthodontic treatment as it is a less invasive way of being able to create beautiful smiles. Besides dentistry Roshwin enjoys football, cars and dancing.
Dr. Payman Sobhani
Payman qualified from Leeds Dental School in 2012 and held two associate positions in Stevenage and Harley Street. Payman’s interests lie in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Payman is a member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and is the Clinical Director of Dental Beauty in Bromley and is also practising at 104 Harley Street, London.
Dr. Jennifer Noone
Jennifer graduated with Honours from the University of Sheffield where she was awarded the prestigious Tom Pitt-Ford Prize in Endodontology. Following a year working in Southampton, she returned home to Manchester to gain extensive hospital experience in Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry at Manchester Dental Hospital, Manchester Royal Infirmary, then Leeds Dental institute. These highly sought after positions involved the restoration of dental implants for both routine cases, and the complex rehabilitation of patients with dental implants following trauma and oral cancer.
Whilst preparing for the Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Jennifer works both in a private referral practice and a hospital setting as a Specialty Dentist in Oral Surgery at Manchester Dental Hospital, teaching undergraduate students as well as minor oral surgery and surgical implant dentistry.
Jennifer is very passionate about providing beautiful, healthy smiles to improve her patients’ function, aesthetics and ultimately their quality of life by means of restorative, orthodontic and implant dentistry.
Dr. Thomas Crawford Clarke
Since qualifying from Bristol University, Tom has invested considerable time enhancing his knowledge by attending extensive training programmes across the globe – particularly in Restorative, Implantology, Invisalign, Orthodontics and Composite dentistry. Tom is relentless about professional development and constantly undertakes new training to ensure he’s at the top of his game.
Tom won Best Young Dentist and>Best Young Private Dentist at the 2019 Dentistry Awards. He is on the committee of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry helping to shape the direction of the industry and giving back to younger dentists.
Dr. Sripal Kumar
Sripal graduated from the University in 2012 and completed his vocational training through the Oxford Deanery in 2012, where he developed a special interest in managing tooth wear.
He has attended many training programmes at the Spear and Pankey institutes, where he learned many new pain-reducing techniques from world-leading experts. Since attending these training programmes, he has worked alongside some of his mentors as a teacher complex restorative dentistry and composite bonding.
Sripal can also provide his patients with lasting ceramic restorations without the need for dental moulds, through use of CAD-CAM dentistry. He is currently undertaking an Implant Diploma with the Royal College of Surgeons, which builds on the year Implant Dentistry course he has already completed in Brazil.
Dr. Scott Phillips

Scott grew up in Gibraltar and moved to Newcastle in 2008 to start Dental School. Since graduating in 2013, he has worked in a variety of practices in County Durham whilst furthering his education in advanced dental care.
In early 2017, Scott bought Phillips and Co Cosmetic Dentistry in Darlington and began a complete refurbishment of the premises in the summer of 2019.
inzy started her career training as a dental nurse training at The Eastman Dental Hospital in 2011 and graduated from Queen Mary University of London in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy in 2017.
Passionate about delivering high quality patient care, she attends multiple dental conferences, meetings and trade events to keep up to date with the latest treatments and findings.
Linzy takes pride in helping nervous patients to overcome their dental fears and has a particular interest in aesthetic treatments and treating paediatric patients. Working with patients to create an effective treatment plan and seeing an improvement in their oral health brings great joy to her career.
Since qualifying, Linzy has undertaken several training programmes to improve her skills including periodontal care, implant maintenance, tooth whitening and facial aesthetics for which she has completed the Level 7 Diploma. Linzy is also currently working towards gaining her post-graduate certificate in restorative dentistry further enhancing her skills and knowledge.
Dr Adnan Rehman
Since completing the training, I have experienced a massive boost in my confidence and feelings of fulfillments. I am also able to achieve greater predictability in my treatments, and have increased both my business gross and net profit.
